It was all pride and optimism at a ceremony where plots were assigned to 53 joyful qualifying employees of the Klein Karoo Ostrich and Seed groups in Oudtshoorn. The employees drew the numbers of the plots on which they will soon be living in their own homes at the municipal offices today.
